Sinton is so lucky to have this gem!!! The Italian sausage gnocchi is quite possibly the most delicious thing I've ever eaten, but there is nothing bad on the menu. They make their own dressings, you can BYOB wine or other drinks, and their desserts are phenomenal! Service is warm and friendly. Check it out!!! Small scratch kitchen. Everything we had was good, the pizza was delicious, the pasta dish I had was well prepared and tasty. The pizza dough and the bread were house made, and for me, the bread was outstanding. The lunch buffet is well supplied and fast, the menu items take a little time to prepare but are worth the wait! We've been coming to Cavaleri's frequently ever since our first visit earlier this year. Any chance we get, we stop by because not only is the food phenomenal (with good prices) but their staff is top notch! Oh, and you don't want to leave without dessert Chef Scott is quite the baker! Last night I had the sweet potatoe pie again it was the best I've ever had w/the perfect balance in spices. Thanks I look forward to our next visit!

I miss cavaleris. I used to go once a week. But money is tight. Great food. A great selection of foods. But my favorite is white pizza with black and green olives. I would see the female owner most. Great talking with her.
