Panchetata - Sofia

A fresh, seasonal menu combined with quick service and lovely plating. We didn't manage to see the inside decor as we were seated outside, but it looked nice on the outside. Will definitely be back

The food is very tasty and the combinations of inhredients is very innovative. I loved it.

Lately one of my favorite restaurants. Always with interesting menu by chef Balkanski. Looking forward to the new menu after 20th of March. Current favorites beef cheeks, muhamara , home made ravioli, fresh cheese in pastry and the Black sea fish selection.

Some of the most delicious and well-presented dishes I have ever tried in Sofia. All the food is great and looks amazing. Tastes are well-balanced and even some surprising food combinations, turn out great. Make sure to book a table for dinner, sometimes there are no free tables even for lunch. Make sure to try the deserts, the pear is amazing. Prices are fair, food is really of quality.
