Chocolateria San Churro - SUCCESS

If they want to dive somewhere for a fast hot chocolate on a cold winter day, then san churros is for them. Great service and the foods and drinks are always excellent. the above mentioned cherry chocolates are always hot and chocolate.

After inviting some friends to try Churros **** for the first time, I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed. I will not be returning. The coffee and chocolate were cold, and the churros were hard and cold. When we mentioned this to one of the young staff members, they were apologetic, but the others were rude and dismissive. I do not recommend Churros Cockburn.

I have been disappointed three times now, so it may be time to give up on SC Cockburn. The restaurant is loud, chaotic, and lacking in subtlety. Wait times are excessive, our food was served cold and in disarray, and our drink order was a disaster. Our waitress tried to pass off hot chocolate as a classic Spanish drink, and the manager only reimbursed two drinks without any apology. I witnessed customers sitting at tables with dirty dishes and waiting for service for over 30 minutes. Our party of four spent $80, and while we understand that times are tough for businesses, leaving churros sitting out at the cash register is unacceptable. Not only were they cold and unappetizing, but they were also handled by every person who came to the counter. This is not hygienic and does not comply with food safety regulations.

The staff and service at this San Churro are what elevate it to greatness. The team is consistently friendly and attentive, always willing to assist each other and make the dining experience enjoyable, especially for new employees. The portions of food and drinks are generous, and the desserts are a highlight.

My waitress Jade was absolutely amazing, the service was efficient and the food was absolutely amazing. I can’t recommend it enough especially with such friendly staff and the service.
