Managerment team should read it worst customer service ,so lazy i try order food noone seem to care no eyes contact take forever lazy people working
Utterly disappointed. We have been to Lone Star Cockburn several times, our latest visit was absolutely appalling. We waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks prior to our guests joining us, when we finally got table service, the meals were another 30 minutes, we had three small children at our table, hence we made an early booking, the kids meals were served last, the first main meal came out 15-20 minutes prior to the rest of the table, cutlery was dirty, and when I requested clean cutlery was told the replacement cutlery 'should be clean ' ?? When the other mains arrived they were cold. Attempted to ask a wait person a question only to be told ' I 'm busy ' and this person continued walking away, never to return. Prices have increased, plate size reduced.When paying we expressed our disappointment to the cashier, whom ofcourse was not responsible for poor experience, was told if you ever come back I hope it 's better.
Can’t fault anything. Steak was tender and cooked perfectly. Pork ribs was juicy and saucy. Even my two finished half of the ribs
Pretty good table service. Staff were working hard. Good variety of food which came out hot and fresh. Reasonably priced and convenient location.
