I visited the drive-thru at 2pm on Sunday, September 18th. I asked for a 10% discount code at the window, but was given a new code for 25%. The employee called the manager over, who then walked away without helping. I found this lack of customer service to be very rude, especially from a manager. It's important for managers to handle situations like this better in order to provide good customer service.
This restaurant has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They ran out of medium-sized glasses and instead charged me for larger ones, which I didn't mind. However, when I asked about it, the employees were rude, aggressive, disrespectful, unprofessional, and abusive. They also seemed to be trying to extort extra money from customers and became aggressive when questioned about it. They refused to give their names, including the poorly-behaved manager.
After a long working day broke in to order a dinner for the family and I. at the switch was ignored by a very camp, the young chap was ringing, which was two other workers “training”. at the end of his game I am pretty sure that the. two young girls were all how to ignore a line of impatient people. once I order wait until my number was called and then collected my food and made me home to a house full of hungry children. now my mistake here was not to be carefully examined that everyone was present, as I had acted under the assumption that my part of the transaction had been ordered and paid, apparently not because the half of my order was missing. in the discovery of these my children were lawfully applied, at the call of McDonald’s I got the most cheerful sounding script reader in the world. She informed me gleely that they could replace the objects they had forgotten without an award. what a bargain I thought, no extra fee, and as an additional bonus, my eating would be cold while I drove back to get my free food. on the plus side I drove to beeliar village mcdonalds and paid for eating instead of visiting the Sucess debacle. they took my order and even threw into a free fries because I had to wait 3 minutes. success mcdonald’s at cockburn central is a village without lack of idiots
If I could rate a big fat -0 I would. Tonight I ordered a meal through menulog and stated my meal would arrive by a certain time. 3 time changes later I then check back to see what the hell is going on. My order...arrives 30 mins late with a stone cold meal, half a packed large chips and only half a large drink. I get it's probably a busy friday night but I wish fast food businesses would stop taking the f in ****.
