Seafood Pasta is cooked to perfection. Beautiful texture and flavors!<br/ <br/ Omnu rice with Wagyu Beef Gravy is something different I thoroughly enjoyed this new take.<br/ <br/ Pork Katsu Sando is perhaps the best I've eaten in Sydney. Lightly fried, retaining the juiciness of the pork. The sauce is well balanced.<br/ <br/ Well done Cafe Porco, I'm definitely coming back for more!
Modern jap with cosy feels. Mainly japanese customers. Each dish were executed well. Thoroughly enjoyed the entres. Standouts would be the burrata, seafood soup and burdoch chips. Both mains and desserts were good too. Great addition to the japanese food culture here in Sydney.
This modest Japanese cafe is simply decorated and more focused on practicality than atmosphere. I was impressed by the unique design of the coffee cup and saucer - the bottom of the cup has a concave hole, and the saucer curves up with a spike that fits neatly under the cup to prevent it from moving. The coffee itself tasted fine. The matcha French Toast was decent, although I would have preferred it without the red beans. The flowers on the toast were probably better off left as decorations.
Great little Japanese cafe. Tried the pork katsu sandwich and a latte. Sandwich was amazing, pork was juicy and a very large serving. Latte was good. The service was very attentive and friendly too. Will definitely go back to try the Omurice next time.
I went to a charming café on Military Road. Despite the traffic outside, the atmosphere inside was peaceful and relaxing. The staff was very accommodating to our dietary needs and provided high chairs for our young children. The menu had a wide selection, including delicious weekly specials. The kids menu was also quite good. I definitely plan on coming back to try more of their dishes.
