Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe location is absolutely fantastic, offering breathtaking views of the Taal Volcano. The atmosphere is clean and modern, creating a pleasant dining experience. The staff was friendly and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the fresh watermelon juice, which was delightful. **Cons:** - Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow. - The Wagyu burger lacked distinction; it tasted like an ordinary hamburger. - There’s no available parking, as the lot is always full. While it doesn’t take much to impress me, the service could really use some improvement. Despite there being only one other table occupied, we were not checked on at all during our meal. We ordered the Wagyu burger and Mediterranean chicken. Although the presentation was excellent, the food itself was merely decent.
They also use locally sourced meats, including the Moroccan chicken served in a traditional tagine, a tomahawk pork chop that pairs excellently with the sweetest banana slices, and decadent homemade bacon slabs. As a pasta lover, I particularly appreciated that the pasta in the duck lasagna and lobster fettuccine was light and cooked to perfection, a delightful match for the duck and lobster sourced from nearby provinces Laguna and Batangas. My absolute favorite? Without a doubt, it's their olive oil ice cream, which is the perfect way to conclude our meal. I can't wait to go back! Overall, it was a wholesome and satisfying meal that left us happy and eager for more.
Ms. Sinclair encouraged us to return to try their breakfast buffet, so we decided to come back the next day for the newly launched offering. The buffet had a wide variety of selections, and we could also order à la carte dishes included in the buffet price. The thick slices of grilled bacon were incredibly tender and delicious, the boneless fried chicken was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, and the poached egg on the eggs benedict was perfectly cooked. The warm medallions of French toast topped with caramelized bananas were outstanding, featuring a delightful crunch on the outside and just the right amount of sauce. We also enjoyed the Dalandan juice (a green citrus fruit) and the authentic hot cocoa. We will definitely return! To top off our experience, Chef Jaymie took the time to step out of his busy kitchen to meet us—a lovely and memorable gesture!
The food is overpriced given its quality and portion sizes. I ordered the steak medium, but it came out well-done. After I had it replaced, I got a medium-well steak that also hadn't been rested properly. Service: Dine-in, Meal type: Lunch, Price per person: ₱800–1,000.
For dinner, we spent approximately ₱1,000 to ₱1,200 per person.
