Really good vegan food, nice restaurant dog friendly. However restaurant seemed to shut early on Saturday night which we though was strange. Stock good vegan beer!
Stopped off here while waiting for a train on a whim, turned out to be a great find. First of all, I was struck by the great choices on the menu. A lot of vegan cafes seem to offer little more than burgers and a soup. The Mango Tree does have these, but it also has a lot more. I had one of the small plates Sichuan style tofu and found it very filling (and quite spicy! . I couldn’t resist the sticky toffee pudding for dessert either (I was offered ice cream with but went without and it did not disappoint. Everything on the menu was vegan. There were a number of gluten free options as well. The restaurant doesn’t guarantee dishes will be free from other allergens. It’s not the cheapest of places, but I think the price accurately reflects the quality of the food and the service. I was there for a while, but never felt like I was being rushed, which I appreciated. The service was nevertheless very speedy. Only negative point I can think of is that their toilets are located upstairs, which may be inaccessible for some. However, I did not ask if they had other toilets, so worth phoning ahead to find out.
Lovely place with lots of great options. I’ve eaten here many times and never had a bad meal. I absolutely reccomend this place.
Rebranded has a dedicated vegan menu with several starters, nets and desserts! All very delicious, especially the lentil brains pie and Slovenian dumplings (dessert). Great hospitality!
