I have never in my life experience such a disgusting experience like I did last night with an owner of a restaurant. This 300+ lb old man had the nerve to go up to my 4 year old autistic son and tell him about his behavior. Now if he would of let me know this would of been a different situation but no he decided to be unprofessional and go up to a child. The situation escalated to much that police had to be called. Some lady that was sitting with him called me ‘cula’ because I wanted to remove my some from the situation and place him in the car while the police got there. I was denied a refund which I will now have to go thru the bank.

Walked in and immediately saw at least 7-8 abandoned tables that had been left not cleaned and littered with food, dirty plates, glasses, etc. Furthermore, the food was less than sub par. Taco Bell serves better food than what we received here. The chips were stale, cheese enchiladas were filled with nothing but cheddar cheese and the fresh jalapeños we ordered, were old and rotten! To top it off, waitstaff were seated at a table in the middle of the restaurant eating their lunch in between getting up and tending to their assigned tables. I didn’t see one of them wash their hands after eating and before tending to customers food! They could’ve at least ensured that the tables within the restaurant were cleaned off prior to sitting down eating in front of the customers! Very unprofessional and shocking!

The customers service was excellent and food was great!

This is an excellent Mexican Bakery. I love their pink bread and Cream Cheese Empanadas. Everything is good and fresh. They are know for their excellent tortillas. The service is top notch. Any delays is usually because the customer being serviced is deciding what to get when it is their turn instead of anticipating while waiting in line. If there is anything I would complain about is that they are usually low on product after 10:00am. Get there early or you may have a limited selection of product. If they make their iced cookies, you have to get some, they are delicious. On Saturdays they make barbacoa tacos that are very good. Their prices are very reasonable. Highly recomended.
