Cafe Dazzling - Tracy

I recently stumbled upon this place after being in town on a late night. I order the popcorn as an appetizer. The popcorn chicken was okay. It reminded me of the popcorn chicken you get as a little snackie from the boba shops. Literally same taste. I also order the tonkotsu ramen and my bf the spicy miso ramen. We both enjoyed our ramens but I do think there could some improvements. The broth was tasty, and I'm glad mine wasn't covered in oil but I prefer my ramen with a runnier egg. Mine seemed as it was overcooked. The seaweed it came with it was fantastic though. The service, could use some improvement. We did had to flag down for refills, and I did overhear some conversations that, let's just say, I didn't necessarily needed to hear. I did noticed their counter looking like a mess. There was stuff all over the place. It looks unorganized, not the greatest look. Overall it was okay.

Location is great plenty of parking. Restaurant is clean , the menu has good selections of Ramen. Food is great love it every time . Service is fast and great price too .

Great noodle soup and a great variety of boba tea, and smoothies. Service is good, and it's surprisingly inexpensive compared to other similar restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place.

Fried egg rolls not worth it, taste good but so small

Fantastic ramen! Excellent service! The restaurant is tidy and inviting inside. I highly recommend this hidden gem for ramen lovers!
