Avaliação da contribuiçãoMy rating is based exclusively on the crepes. There are a variety of foods, but we tried two of the crepes and both were delicious. The strawberry (shown in Rhis image) was light, fluffy and tasty. However, the disadvantage of this radical is the seat. It is mainly a bar with probably three or four tables. So you might not think able to put particular when you are a big family
Crespelle was a great place for a delicious, hot, affordable lunch in Vail. The Rabbit Food Crepe was a great vegetarian option and we also enjoyed the GNAR and Taos Crepes. If you have difficulty locate Crespelle, note that it is in 7 Hermits Brewing!
Food was amazing! The boys cook it very friendly and patient with all their cartridges. Get a mimosa or beer in the afternoon. There is also a crepe.
Crespelle is a small place in the village in Vail served beer and sweet and hearty crepes, including egg-filled options for breakfast, as well as coffee and cold-pressed juices from Colorado. Although you can roll yourself, and all sweet crepes on their menu are vegetarian, the only vegetarian option they advertise is the “Rabbit Food” that gives you the sense that they are not necessarily in vegetarian sensitivity. I rolled my own and had a Yard Sale Crepe (alias building my own with Gruyere and a Kale and Spinat mix. It tasted great, although there was a little light on the kale and spinach. There is a nice selection of “Pressery” juices (made in Colorado . I had the green Zinger juice that was also great. They serve nice-looking drinks at the bar (although I was there at noon, which is not the best drink time for me). There is not so much space to sit (and they had the chairs on the top of the inside tables, so it looked like they didn't want you to sit there. but there is a beautiful terrace out there that was nice to sit in mid-July. (I am not sure how my wimpy California sensitivity would sit outside in the heart of the winter season. Crespelle is good for a fast and tasty bite, and probably also for your daily drinking needs. The crepes were legit.
