Avaliação da contribuiçãoIt is not so bad, the all you can eat formula, certainly not synonymous with high quality, it is still satisfactory. The staff is extremely quick, maybe too much, even when ordering. As for my experience, I 'm a vegetarian, crush on Japanese restaurants, I was quite impressed by the cleverness of the waitress that at the second plate of vegetables required, she immediately understood and proposed me some variations of sushi with vegetables, not in the menu. Certainly it could be better, but all in all, if you do not scare of the feeling of dining in the middle of a crowded railway station, because the feeling is this, quality and prices are decently represented.
The wife had a craving for Japanese food, so we popped over to Itoya in Varese, which offers ala carte Japanese buffet. Was our 2nd visit to the restaurant. Our first visit was on a Sunday night, and was a very pleasent experience. This time we went on a busy Saturday evening. We started eating at approximately 6.45pm (dinner starts at 6.30pm) and by 8pm, the dinner crowd had came in. Food remained pretty good. Decent sashimis and sushis, fried and grills, etc, on the buffet menu. Special mention to the amaebi in the mixed sashimi platter, succulent and sweet. Service, however, left us wanting. We were served by a gentle and courteous lady when we started the buffet. By the time the crowd came, we could see more people serving among them were two ladies (I think they are the owners or something) who talked loudly and were very pushy to get us to order. In summary: Good Japanese food, but go early. 3.5 stars (rounded up).
