Varnata - Varvara

The restaurant- everything we tried there was absolutely 5/5 delicious with a true homemade taste. The atmosphere was always vibrant, the tunes are great, it’s breezy and in the shade and the host is quite a character. We spent all our breakfasts, lunches and dinners here.

The quintessential old pub with charm, rare to find anymore. Very good cuisine, wonderful setting. Salads and dishes are prepared with the vegetables that the owners grow themselves they have a large garden, which can be seen if desired. About the rooms we haven 't stayed there yet, but we went in to have a look quite decent, clean, cozy. To the public the pub goers and/or overnighters it makes a strong impression that they are generally intelligent people. An excellent place in the beloved Varvara!

Delicious food and wonderful hosts. They serve with attention and a smile. The fish is fresh, and the semolina halva and mozzarella dessert is unique. I heartily recommend. We go there every time I'm in Varvara.
