Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe called before and got a table 1h later. Already on the phone they made clear that only Pizza was available/possible. This was OK for us (4adults, 3 teenagers) When we arrived we directly got our table. Very good Pizza and friendly service. We all have been very happy with our choices. Will be back on our next visit to Món.
We sailed into Klinthølm and wandered down the main street looking for somewhere to eat. We hit lucky. The owner and chef is Italian from Tuscany. He cooks proper Italian pastas and piatti primi. Good starters including insalata caprese, bruschette and pan fried prawns. All delicious. His brother is the pizza chef. His wife is front of house and welcoming. And after he 'd closed the kitchen at 9 he treated us to his renditions on keyboard from the 60s/70s/80s 'Always look on the bright side of life ', Bee Gees 'How deep is your love ', Bob Marley 'No Woman no cry ', Pink Floyd 'One more brick in the wall '. Then his wife said it was time to stop so he played 'Thank you for the Music '. All totally unexpected in this this small old fishing port which is now obviously a holiday destination for sailors and holiday rentals. A really good atmosphere and beautifully prepared plain Italian food.
What a lovely place. We booked ahead to make sure we got a table at this popular Italian restaurant and I am glad we did. The food was excellent, the beer (and I am told the wine) was very good. The welcome was warm and friendly. It has a relaxed atmosphere, allowing guests to chill and just enjoy the ambience. Recommended.
Okay decent small place. Not great, but okay. It was the only place which were open at the time. The prices are quite high for the very average quality. Plain and okay, not bad, not fancy, but boring.
Lovely setting by the harbor with a terrace. I walk up and ask for a table and while I was expecting a “welcome” with a smile I got “have you reserved?” Eh, no Than you have to speak with the owner So I walk in, and the owner, same style: you have to wait Ok. As a customerI don’t require friendliness but at least some respect. I point at a free table and the owner says: You have to check with the waitress I was close to turning around when the table turned out to be free... 1 star for service I ordered a tagliatelle which came overcooked swimming in sauce. I fairness, the sauce was good. Within a minute of having finished to eat the bill came... Efficient, but what if I wanted dessert? Would not survive elsewhere
