Domino's Pizza - Wasilla

They were very friendly as well as quick to be of service! Not to mention the pizza was finished in less than 15 minutes and super fresh. I was very impressed seeing as it was a very busy time of day.

Went in this evening with a gift card The gift card for some reason wasn’t working in the app so I went ahead and drove into the store cause I was ordering for pick up anyways went up to the cashier and I told her what was going on and he tried to run it through on his computer and it didn’t work he tried a couple other things and it still didn’t work event call his manager to try and get some assistance and neither of them to figure it out so they just comped me almost a $50 order which is absolutely amazing. I have just driven 200 miles from where I live to come into town and Domino’s was just something that I was going to get cooking easy that I can eat on the way home and I’m already tight on cash as is so the guy is a domino made my day!! So to the cashier at dominoes thank you and you have no idea how much I appreciate it

Wasilla Dominos always makes my pizza very good. But tonight, when they were very busy, some hot peppers were accidentally placed on my pizza. And when I took her back and let her know that there was a mistake in my order, they were kind enough to replace my pizza for free. I will continue to order from Wasilla Dominos. Thank you.

I had a full workload and no time to stop, and it snows like crazy. I had the chance to see if they still deliver and within the next 30 minutes I had a hot delicious pizza with friendly service!

Always excellent customer service! If ever something was wrong, they corrected it and worked immediately. I am very happy with their conflict resolution as I had online ordering problems and they have made it easy, stress-free and accommodating. Only place I order.
