Wendy's - Wasilla

I've visited this restaurant several times, and I've always enjoyed great service and delicious food. The lines can be a bit lengthy, but the experience is definitely worth the wait.

I'll just say that I've been doing DoorDash for a long time, and sometimes I have to wait in the lobby. The other day, I witnessed a kid back here, and it was quite surprising.

I arrived without any wait, and the staff was just switching the signs over to lunch. My order was taken promptly, and everything was ready when I received my food. They even packaged my wife's taco salad in separate containers to keep it from getting mushy on the way home. I noticed a new manager present, and I hope he maintains this pace because I'll definitely return to Wendy's if the service continues to improve!

The food is consistently delicious, but no matter when I visit the drive-thru, it seems like the staff is either stoned or just not great at their jobs. I waited in line for nearly 45 minutes! They charged me, but then forgot about it, and it took an additional 7 minutes just to pack the food. I understand that work can be challenging at times, but you all really need to speed things up. People shouldn’t have to spend hours in the drive-thru line waiting for just two burgers.
