But thank God the manager got a smoke break with the neighbor who works in the business next to this place. They were out of several sizes of lid and all thechicken strips and a bunch of other stuff. But hey! Smoke break! PATHETIC.
This location needs a better team manager. I realize that most the employees were trying their best , but the whole place was struggling to get orders filled between on-line,drive threw and walk in customers . I felt bad for their whole team. Sad really.Burgers without meat were served to the guests ahead of me. My food was hot and as I ordered, but really? Burgers with no patty. Wendy, where's the meat!?
Raised, no line that kerl has just changed over the signs to lunch, my order was quickly taken and when I got my food, it was all there. They even placed the taco salad of my wife in separate small holdings, so it didn't get muddy before we came home. I saw a new manager there; I hope he keeps this tempo up because I come back to nonsense when the service gets better and better!
Last year this particular situation has gone unbreeding. they take extremely long on takeout or dine in submissions and they never get our order right. we love innocence and in the rule we are filled with good settings, but the service quality is very bad.
