McDonald's - Westlock

We stopped here for lunch on our way to Slave Lake as it was nice and handy and right of the hwy.The food was typical McDonalds.The service was good and it was quick.What more can you say about a McDonalds.

It's McDonald's. What do you expect? You pay your money, you get your Big Mac. The sweet spot to go is in mid-afternoon. In the mornings, it's full of old farmers sipping their coffee, and lunch time is full of teenagers from the high school. Very friendly staff. One clerk once chased me down in the parking lot to give me their latest coupon book.

This establishment is nice inside and has a pretty cool slanted bench that you can lean on while you wait for your order. And the "order yourself" machines are pretty neat. BUT the staff at the tills are never personable and have had been rude. And most of the staff do not listen to your full order. The food is typical McDonald's food though. Tastes like every other McDonald's.

It was good cause it was close to the hotel so didnt have to go to far.for lunch..made it easy for me

This McDonald's has lots of parking spots and a busy drive through on a Sunday morning. There was no lines and the cashier took our order promptly. The food didn't take long to arrive and it was hot and fresh. There are booths and tables and we found one close with view of the TV where they were showing tennis. The only annoying thing was the fly that was buzzing around. The women's washroom was clean and there was soap so that's a good sign the staff are using it too.
