Domino's Pizza - Biscoe

Pizza was cold and had no toppings on it. We ordered a large thin crust 1/2 meat and 1/2 extravaganza. Needless to say it was not very good and will not be going back. You have to get thin crust to get the pizza done.

Waited 1 hour 15 mins for pizza delivery and it was cold

Ordered 2 pizzas for carry out. Got home and 1 is incorrect...no meat, extra veggies that were not requested, and wrong crust. Upon calling the store, we were passed between 2 people who repeated what we said several times and still could not understand what the issue was. They would not deliver for any reason. Had to drive back to get a new pizza, which now makes the correct pizza cold.

Based on my experience, I am not sure if the pizza at this restaurant is good. I tried to place an order for a high school function close to their opening time. When I asked about the availability of the order, I was told that they sometimes need to be submitted in advance, so it was not guaranteed. I then asked if any orders had already been made, to which I was told no. However, when I inquired about picking up or delivery between 10 to 11, suddenly they realized they had forgotten two big orders. It appeared that they did not want to deal with the hassle. The food here can be good, but the customer service leaves something to be desired.

My order was incorrect. I ordered a large cheese pizza and a large pepperoni pizza. When I picked them up, they only had the pepperoni pizza. I had to order the cheese pizza separately. The service was slower than expected. I was told to wait in my car for someone to bring it to me, but after 20 minutes, I went inside to wait at the counter. There was no apology for the delay, just a lack of communication.
