If I could rate zero for customer service I would. I would also have loved to try their food but sadly that will never happen. It all started with me organising a surprise dinner for my husband birthday however the night we showed up (8 pax) we found I had made a mistake with the booking and got the wrong day, which was accidentally booked for the week before. This turned out to be the most costly mistake I have ever made. I had a lot going on in my life at the time and got confused by the online booking system. We saved the night and found another restaurant willing to take us. Crisis averted, or I thought it was until I found out Temporada had charged my credit card the full amount $780!!! I felt sick, I couldn’t afford that right before Christmas let alone any other time. I emailed them explaining I was so sorry for the booking mistake and would they consider refunding me or reducing the amount they charged me. Surely they would meet me half way. They replied quite curtly saying no and that it was like a theatre ticket, if you missed the night you couldn’t get a refund. But it’s nothing like a theatre ticket, they didn’t lose $780 worth of food. They refused to negotiate with me at all. Obviously profit is the only thing that matters and to hell with common decency.
