Avaliação da contribuiçãoTo me, Domino's makes one of the best Philly cheese steaks sandwiches that you can find outside of the original cheesesteaks made in Philly. Their bread is excellent. You're looking for a good sandwich, I would recommend this.
Not sure if everyone else has this experience but no matter when I order from this domino 's it takes TWO hours minimum to get delivered to my house less than ten minutes away. Every. Time. That and it can be hit or miss. Some times it 's over-baked, some times it seems almost under-baked. Not sure what is going on there but it 's definitely not the best domino 's around. Unfortunately with limited food convenience options in dixon we will still order from here.
Every single time I order the pasta primavera I request no tomatoes or onions. And every single time they ignore the fact that I order online and take off tomatoes and onions manually when adding it to my cart. Why do y'all continue to ignore the customers order tag? It's really not hard to pay attention to each individual order I worked in a pizza place for 4+ years.
First time trying this dominos since i’m new here. The customer service is amazing. Calvin is great he is literally the sweetest and very professional! Food was great.
2nd screw up on 3 days. Tonight I waited at home until the application told me the pizza was completed before I drove to the store. When I arrived, I found that it had just gone into the oven and I ended up having to wait for about 7 minutes. It was done well but as my last experience was a bad one this didn't sit well either. Last Friday night, I ordered my usual pizza for pickup, used the usual payment method, but this time Dominos had a problem processing the pmt and I was advised to call the store. I tried to call but could not get through so I stopped by to pay for the pizza on my way home from the grocery store. They took my pmt and told me my pizza was being made but because they were busy it would be about 10 15 minutes before it was ready. Since I had groceries in the car I told them I'd be back to pick it up in 15 20min. When I returned 20+ minutes later, the pizza was not ready and I was informed it hadn't been started because they'd run out of mushrooms and needed to know what I wanted them to do. The shift manager claimed to have called me twice and texted me too but I received NO TEXT and only when I was about to leave the store (after cancelling the order) did the 1 (not 2) phone call show up on my phone and it's time stamp was 5 minutes before I came back to the store... obviously a big disconnect. Had any offer been made to compensate me for my inconvenience of repeated trips to the store that night, missing ingredients, etc. it could have saved the sale. As it was, I had no incentive, other than my hunger, to trust Dominos to get the next order right so I canceled and went to your competition for dinner. As a former Domino's employee (and a Quality Assurance/ Customer Service expert) what should have happened is a phone call should have been repeatedly attempted (at the time of my return there were no orders in the oven, on the prep table, no other customers waiting). A simple apology for the error and an offer to deliver it free or even maybe to give me a free add on would have helped save the sale and my respect for this store. But that didn't happen. Now, on this next attempt to order, more problems with incorrect information this time blamed on the weather. The pizza tonight was great as it usually is, but customer service and communication is a big issue at this store!
