Funky Fish - Drogheda

We’ve been going to this place for a couple of years, we live out of town and we always go to Funky Fish when in Drogheda, some times we come to Drogheda just so we can treat ourselves to some lovely fresh cod and chips. Last few occasions when noticed portions getting smaller and the price rising annoying but let it pass because we like it. But this evening took it too far, we were served frozen chips that weren’t even cooked correctly, they were near burnt on the outside and undercooked in the inside. €26 for 2 cod and chips with crappy frozen chips is a serious drop in standard, I’m not signing up to that. I don’t think I’ll be back, we’ll find another place over there. Very disappointed.

Very very very poor standard of food. Grease and batter less tiny portions of actual fish less any flavour. First and last time visit Disappointed enough to actually make a review. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40

Ordered at 8.45, informed that delivery at 9.30. Then changed to 9.55, and changed again to 10.05. Called directly to funky fish and they blamed just eat. The guy on the phone was adamant not his fault. Very disappointed. Will not be using their services again Food: 1 Service: 1
