Starbucks - Fort McMurray

This is another place that Google has asked me to review but I wasn't buying here. I was servicing their computers.But the atmosphere does seem pleasant and the service seems great.

I went here today and I was very impressed, the staff went above and beyond, were very kind, knew what they were doing. It was a very great experience added to my busy day. So thank you! Keep up the great work

The staff members that were working this morning made my day today! Excellent service- friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. One of the baristas made me a tester of the drink I usually get done in a different way, and although I had my (major) doubts, I will never look back!!!Considering the fact that it’s not even 6 am and I most certainly not a morning person; The fact that I left this establishment with a big ol toothy grin should be enough to tell you that these ladies deserve a raise. Store closed, and I had to use the drive-through, same great service, awesome ?

Absolutely the WORST service I’ve ever had in my entire life at a Starbucks. The girl working drive thru wearing a Harley Davidson hoodie, dressed like a mess, asking us if she can throw our food at us…should be fired if today wasn’t her actual last day like she said. We were extremely uncomfortable with her and she wouldn’t shut up! She kept going on about how she wanted to throw our food at us since it was her last day and asked if we wanted a shot of caramel sauce because she didn’t care since it was her last day? How was she allowed to even work and talk to people? Definitely made us upset with her pathetic attitude and horrible attire. Everyone working with her looked like they hated their lives. Hope she gets fired if she’s not already!
