Applebee's Grill - Gilroy

The breadsticks are delicious, especially when paired with the chicken alfredo dip. The bread itself is soft and tasty. The chicken alfredo pasta is also a hit, with both kids and adults enjoying the creamy mashed potatoes. The spinach dip could use a bit more creaminess and sauce, as it is a bit thick and lacking in spinach flavor, but it is still good. Overall, everything we ordered was delicious and we savored every bite.

They forgot the extras that I had ordered but of course charged me for them. This is the third time they messed up a delivery order for me. The smoothies taste like way too much sugar mixed with ice. No fruit in sight. Do not order any of the piña colada smoothies. The blondie was delicious as well as the salad but the bread sticks were too dry even with the dip. The door dash driver did a perfect job! It's better to double check that the order is right and that nothing is missing than that hurry and miss items. You would think the restaurants would have this down by now with all the years of COVID and people having to order food for delivery. But that's unfortunately not the case.

I don't know what went wrong or what but I'm disappointed with the WHOLE order. First all of our boxes were smashed from the lid in, okay no big deal as long as food is okay right ? Well..... 1) mozzarella sticks container has the marinera opened and spilled all inside! 2) my chicken Alfredo the chicken was burnt, and it looked like the Alfredo sauce was non existent. So imagine you're craving this (pregnant) and you get noodles that taste like water and burnt chicken basically. Sooo not cool. Definitely was mad to say the least, it went straight in the trash. 3) husbands baby back ribs were burnt as well. I have no clue what went on or what happened yesterday but I will not be ordering from here again. Only thing that was edible was the French fries that came with my husbands food lol.

The food at this restaurant was superb. It was probably the best meal I've ever had from Applebee's. Our Bourbon Street Steak and 12 oz. Ribeye were cooked perfectly, and our food was still hot when it arrived. The fact that it was a busy Saturday night made the experience even more impressive. Our server was also excellent.

The breadsticks at this restaurant are incredible! They were freshly baked and the combination of Alfredo and marinara sauces was delicious.
