Tim Hortons has always been my go-to spot until I started working from home. Whenever I visit, I make sure to ask for Sheena. She is able to remember my order even after only seeing me a few times. She always makes sure that I am well taken care of. The food is consistent with other Tim Hortons locations, and although it can get busy at times, the staff is always friendly and the restaurant is kept clean.

I witnessed a staff member lowering their mask to eat without covering their mouth. This behavior was unacceptable and I can no longer bring myself to dine at this restaurant.
