Avaliação da contribuiçãoThe place you can get non-halal pork ramen run by Japanese. Their signature shiro ramen used to be thick broth but it still taste delicious. Don’t hesitate to self service if staff lag behind. I was happy to greet Hiroko at the kitchen station and placed my order. It is as close as authentic Japanese ramen but tweaked a little to suit our local tastebud.
Taken Special Aki Ramen and cold green tea (can refill). Taste considered unique. Egg yummy. The pork slice melt in mouth. Environment not many people. Staff polite. Can pay with Spay and get some discount. A bit pricey but once in awhile or twice a month should be still affordable.
The closest you will get to an authentic Japanese ramen in Kuching, most definitely helped by the fact that the owner is a Japanese native. It's my definite go to for ramen and other Japanese cuisine that's considerably priced. If that hasn't sold you into coming here, then let me tell you that I've brought a Japanese friend here before and their remark about the ramen was that it reminded them of home.
The most delicious, rich flavourings ramen that I have ever tried in Kuching! Highly recommended
Only judging based on authenticity and ramen taste so this is extremely biased. In my opinion they serve ramen that just warms your heart and soul. Feeling it fill up my tummy as I gulp down every last drop of soup really hits that spot. The owners are Japanese too and are very friendly. Staff can be a bit too casual at times, shouting and laughing with each other, but that doesn't necessarily mean a bad thing. In my opinion it gives life to the place and makes me feel right at home. Ramen is a killer. So damn good.
