Trapper's Sushi - North Bend

The GF California Roll isnt even a possibility. I did order the wrong roll. I didnt realize GF meant gluten free. But just an fyi, you wont get it if you order it. Because its not actually a thing.

Rolls and miso soup taste good. But the present is horrendous!

The salmon roll was fantastic! It had amazing depth of flavor.

The rolls were decent, but the teriyaki chicken was a disappointment. Despite teriyaki chicken being a dish that is hard to mess up, this kitchen somehow missed the mark. The teriyaki sauce was served on the side to pour over lukewarm, plain cooked chicken.

I went to this restaurant and noticed that they have removed the word "vegan" from the menu's vegetable section. However, if you inform the staff that you are vegan, they will accommodate your dietary needs by leaving the sauce off. The staff was well-informed about vegan restrictions. I enjoyed a fried roll, which typically contains egg in the batter, but it was egg-free at this restaurant.
