Excellent fresh fish, creative Mediterranean cuisine. delicious local wine recommendations. great service!

First visit. Was very hot, sitting on the terrace. We had a perfectly cooked risotto “al dente” with saffron, after this fresh Seabream in a salt crust: maybe a minute too long in the oven, but delicious and beautifully prepared. The wine was good (verdeca from puglia) perfect with the fish. But overall a good experience and clearly recommended to try.
