Raymonds - St. John's

I don't think there's something completely different than in Montreal. That's a good food in Canada. The attention is paid to the last and finest detail. You won't find any better quality, taste and presentation. Your building is an indication of what you can expect. If the owner goes into such lengths to find in such a beautiful building, you can imagine the enormous effort in each dish of the cook. The staff is not one. They won't be disappointed.

Had a great meal here! Came here because Anthony Bourdain showed up here during his last trip to Canada. It is the most beautiful restaurant I saw in St John’s. I made the 7 course menu because I wanted to try everything they had to offer. The portions were small, which didn't matter to me because I didn't eat much. The bread was not very good. The razor shells were very fresh. The pasta court was probably my favorite. It also came with 2 fish dishes that I don't really enjoy as much as I enjoyed the duck. And the Dessert set was a strawberry I turned off for a chocolate. I'm glad they could take me. The service was fabulous and what you would expect in a fine dining area. I recommend locals and tourists to eat here.

Absolutely fabulous! Like the new menu structure. The wine pairing was amazing. Update: The menu has changed again. It's always fresh. If you make the tasting menu, go all in and make the full 7 course. The 5 course tends to be a bit economical. The 3 course then has much better variety in the past. Also recommend this with wine pairing.

Amazing. Pretty expensive. We had the 5-course wine pairing. Worth the price. Highlight of our trip. Especially thanks to the Sommelier, she did an amazing job. Local and high-quality food.

Excellent service as always! Seated immediately, has a beautiful window view. Offered drinks by waiter extremely fast. Explained the specialty items clearly. Was given bread to start which seemed very fresh. Meals came out fast on hot plates which helped keep the meal warm while eating. Delicious flavors. Plenty of food/bang for your buck. On the way out, got a thank you from the owner Jerry. Offered us discounts to come back in new year. Fantastic evening! 10/10
